In a collaborative booth at the Graphene Conference 2018 in Dresden we are presenting our work in the EU-funded research project "PoC-ID", together with our colleagues from the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. The scientists in Jena developed a graphene-based field effect transistor, which is functionalised via a Carbon Nanomembrane. This newly developed chemical sensor is able to detect specific targets (e. g. chemokines in bodily fluids) with high sensitivity.
